		<description>Well, a phone bill RSS&#039;ed would be really handy for flatshares, so that I can figure out who called who, and for how much, and bill them appropriately!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bank statements? Then I could in theroy reconcile them with my Quicken, but I prefer to do that myself. There&#039;s only so much I&#039;ll trust computers ;)</description>
