The return of Nathan Barley
January 30th, 2005trashbat.co.ck - the taster website for the new Nathan Barley sitcom. Chris Morris and Charlie Brooker, together, at last! So, will it be able to take the TVGoHome joke, which really expired with the dot-com crash a few years back, to the next level, or will it be utter shit?
Am looking forward to it with both hope and dread, much the same as I am to the second series of Look Around You, the first of which I loved for its surrealness, the dry narration, and variety of gags, but the second one seems, from the trailers, to be a much less funny and overtly self-conscious character-based sitcom.
